Chef Tetsuo Ota

Born in 1980 in Hakuba, Nagano. Discovering his passion for cooking while studying abroad in Italy. He has trained in Japan, Italy and Spain, including at the legendary El Bulli, and studied under Peru’s culinary icon Gaston Acurio. He is also the founder of the chocolate brand Amazon Cacao, championing fair trade and sustainable food practices worldwide.
