On the first floor, overlooking Hakuba Iwatake, you’ll find “&Deli” — a casual restaurant supervised by Chef Tetsuo Ota of LA CASA DI Tetsuo Ota in Karuizawa. Here you can enjoy pizzas, roast chicken, and other dishes inspired by Chef Ota’s approach to simple, flavorful dining.

SAUNA

B&D’s private sauna is thoughtfully designed so that the warmth of the steam pours down from above, gently wrapping your whole body in a deeply soothing heat.

Then, “totonoi” -a deep relaxation and reset- do it the traditional way by cooling off with a refreshing cold shower, or in winter, simply open the door and let Hakuba’s crisp mountain air flow in.
